After growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Vaglio moved to Lawrence, Kansas to attend the University of Kansas. She majored in Human Biology and studied abroad in Granada, Spain, learning Spanish. She met her husband, Jay, in college. After undergrad she started her Masters in Public Health while she served an an Health Corp member through Americorp in an underserved clinic in Lawrence, Kansas.

After two years of medical school, Jay and Meghan were married and when she finished school she matched to her Alma Mater for residency. During residency she was a junior fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and participated in multiple research projects. She enjoys laparoscopic and vaginal surgery and loves providing obstetric and postpartum care to women. She loves helping empower women through health, so they can focus on their careers, family and life passions.

Jay and Meghan have two children – Olivia Bee and Connolly, and love spending time as a family. She enjoys traveling, gardening, house projects and cycling classes
